Zodiac Maritime Academy (ZMA) provides several training programs covering maritime operations for fire departments and First Responders.
These include the following:
- Basic Boat Operator: 2 days
- Basic RIB Operator: 3 days
- Personnel Transfer: 1 day
- Extreme Maritime Ops: 1 day
- Swiftwater Basic Boat Ops: 3 days
- Military Repair Course: 5 days
- Instant Inflatable: 1 day
- Risk Assessment for the First Responder: 2 days
- US Coast Guard Boat Delivery Training: 2 days
ZMA is offering these classes to help America's First Responders effectively respond to critical incidents on our domestic waterways. The training is available to all public safety and First Responder personnel, including police and law enforcement, fire/rescue, EMS, FEMA, USCG and SWAT teams. Civilians are by invitation only.
